Research Interest
Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) for PEM fuel cells and electrolyzers. In our lab, we focus on the development of membrane electrode assembly (MEA) for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) and electrolyzers. Material selection, electrode chemical composition, and coating technique are the keys to the manufacturing of MEAs. We have been intensively and continuously paying efforts on such areas. To date, the MEA that we developed can provide power density higher than 1.0 W/cm2 at ambient pressure by using air as cathode feed.
