【Reminder】
- Students must submit the “Application for Student Attendance at Domestic/International Academic Activities” at least two weeks before the event. The application must be approved by the President before the event date.
For domestic activities, reimbursement documents must be submitted within two weeks after returning to school. For international activities, study results and related reimbursement documents must be submitted to the Accounting Office within one month, in accordance with the university’s reimbursement procedures.
- After the application form is approved and signed by the President, please provide electronic files — including the signed application form, proof of ticket purchase, and flight ticket — to the department office.
- For reimbursement, please attach the Overseas Business Trip Report Form (downloadable from the Accounting Office website), flight ticket stubs, and proof of ticket purchase.
- Reimbursement procedure — Since the Overseas Business Trip Report Form is required, the process must include approval from the Personnel Office to avoid the official documents being returned during reimbursement.
