Application Form for Changing Thesis Title (Word or ODT file)

If you need to change your master’s thesis title, please complete the Master’s Thesis Title Change Application Form and submit it to your department/institute.

The content of application documents for thesis oral examination should be mainly written on a computer (handwritten documents are not accepted) and submitted to the department office.

【Documents to Be Submitted After the Preliminary Exam】

After the preliminary examination, please return the departmental documents to the office

(The following documents must be prepared before the oral examination. Each committee member must sign two copies on the day of the oral exam.)

1. Please submit two hard copies of the "Thesis Proposal Review Application Form"(including the director's signature) and the "List of Committee Members" to the department office. (Word or ODT file)

2. The electronic files of the "Thesis Proposal Review Application Form" and the "List of Committee Members"(without the signatures of the director and advisor) should be emailed to thedepartment office before the deadline. Mail：paper@mail.mcut.edu.tw .

Evaluation Form (1) * three documents.

2. Please deliver the 4 hard copies of the documents to the department office.
